[AI agents & MCP]

Your agents, prospecting in OpenleadComing

One MCP server for everything in the app: Claude, Cursor or your own agents search companies, find people, save to lists and export, inside your workspace and its monthly allowance.

Works in Claude Code · Claude Desktop · Cursor · any MCP client

[01] The tools

Five tools, the whole product

The same things you do in the app, as tools an agent can call. Nothing else: no endpoints to learn, no surface the app does not have.

  • Search companies

Describe the customer in plain words, with filters like industry, company size, location and tech stack.

  • Find people at companies

The right roles at each company your agent picks.

  • Check contact status

Who your workspace has already contacted or exported, and when.

  • Save and export

Save results to a list, or export a list for the next step.

  • Credit balance

What the workspace can still spend this month, before anything is spent.

[02] The setup

Three steps, no key

When the server is live, connecting takes a minute. The setup below is how it will look.

  1. Add the address

One URL, https://mcp.openlead.ai, over Streamable HTTP. No key to paste.

  2. Sign in

On the first call your client opens Openlead's sign-in: the same emailed code or link you use in the app.

  3. Pick a workspace

The agent works inside that one workspace: its database, its lists, its allowance.

[03] FAQ

When is it live?

It is coming. Until the server answers, every page that shows the address marks it as a preview, and this page updates the moment that changes.

What will it cost?

Nothing separate. Searching and finding people spend the workspace's monthly allowance and credits, with the same rules as the app. Checking contact status, saving, exporting and reading the balance are free. Spending credits asks for a confirm first.

Which clients will work?

Any MCP client that speaks Streamable HTTP: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, or an agent you build yourself.

Do I need an API key?

No. MCP clients sign in with OAuth using your Openlead account. Keys for headless agents are not part of v1.
